Terms and Conditions of Sale

2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made on valesugerove.lt. Our products are food supplements and related wellness products. Food supplements are not medicines and do not replace a varied and balanced diet or medical care.

  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use.
  • Keep all products out of reach of young children.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

3. Orders and Contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract between you and us is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order — for example due to stock errors or suspected fraud — and will refund any payment already made.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • The delivery cost is shown before you complete payment.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Mollie and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Delivery

Delivery countries, carriers, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel on receipt and notify us promptly about any damage.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days after you, or a person you name, receive the goods, without giving any reason. Where several goods are delivered separately, the period runs from the last delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to info@valesugerove.lt before the withdrawal period expires. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning goods.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 calendar days of learning of your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you show proof of dispatch.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, nor to goods that spoil quickly or whose shelf life would expire.

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Model withdrawal form:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name, address, date.

Our 30-day return promise: In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. This is a voluntary commitment and does not limit or replace the 14-day statutory right described above.

7. Defective Goods (Legal Guarantee)

Goods must match their description and be fit for their intended use. If they are not, you have rights under Lithuanian consumer law, including repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract. We are liable for non-conformity that appears within two years of delivery. To make a claim, contact info@valesugerove.lt with your order number and photos of the defect.

8. Product Information and Health Statements

We describe our products using label information and include only health claims authorised under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. Educational content on this website is general information only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Liability

We are liable as required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Personal Data

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Complaints

Lithuanian law governs these terms, without removing the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@valesugerove.lt. Consumers may also submit a complaint to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, VVTAT) at vvtat.lt.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions of Sale from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
